On 10th November 2021, a Postgraduate Cooperation Meeting was held within the framework of the CCC-BD&ET’s activities. More information.
On 25th June 2021, a meeting was held in which the development of the JCC-BD&ET of that year was analyzed and some proposals for the next edition were discussed.
On 18th February 2021 a virtual workshop was carried out following the alignment of the attached document (document).
Such document was presented along the same lines of the I+D+I groups and researchers of the Committee and the initial goals for 2021 were established.
From what it was defined in September and October 2020, in December of that same year, an agreement for the creation of the Committee was regularized. Such agreement was accepted by all the members between December 2020 and January 2021.
In the JCC_BD&ET meeting of researchers that took place in September 2020, it was stated that “it was important to generate a group of Researchers/ Groups/ Universities that can express technical opinions, particularly regarding interdisciplinary training”.
From that definition, the agreement in October 2020 was the following:
“The Cloud Computing, Big Data & Emerging Topics I+D+I Committee is the result of the cooperations among innovation, development and investigation groups from universities connected to the annual coordination of the JCC-BD&ET at National University of La Plata (Argentina). https://jcc.info.unlp.edu.ar/
The Committee suggests activities of academic cooperation connected to human resources training, the formulation of joint research projects, the joint publication of scientific papers of interest and the coordination in companies and organizations connected to the IT industry of regions and countries that belong to these groups of I+D+I that are part of the Committee.
The Cloud Computing-Big Data & Emergent Topics conferences will constitute an annual focus of meeting, apart from the academic and scientific work that is carried out throughout the year for the achievement of the Committee goals”.
